HOW TO ROOT GALAXY J5 2016 & FLASH TWRP

Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 is launched as a successor of original J5 which is launched in 2015.Galaxy J5 2016 comes with 5.2 inches 720p Super AMOLED display.Galaxy J5 (2016) has a metal frame with a removable back panel which makes it feels more premium.Under the hood, Galaxy J5 2016 has Snapdragon 410 chipset with 2 GB ram.This smartphone is running on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Step to flash TWRP and Root Galaxy J5 2016


1 Install the Samsung USB Driver and Odin3 on your computer.

 Connect your J5 to your computer.

3   Move SuperSU.zip file into your phone.

4  Enable USB Debugging on your smartphone by going to Settings>>Developer options and tick          USB Debugging.
5  Power off your J5 and boot into Odin mode by pressing and holding Volume down, Home and Power button.

Open Odin3 on your computer.Odin will show "Added" message if the device is connected properly.

Click on AP button in Odin and select TWRP Recovery file.

Make sure that "F.Reset Time" is ticked and "Auto Reboot" is not ticked.

Click on Start button to flash TWRP recovery.

10 Now, disconnect your J5 from your computer and long press Power button to turn it off.

11 Enter into recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume up, Home and Power button together.

12 In TWRP recovery mode click on Install button.

13 Select SuperSU.zip file and Swipe to confirm the flashing process.

14 When the flashing process is completed reboot your smartphone.
